2010 SIM DJ CONTEST

If you’re reading this post then you already know about SIM’s massive upcoming schedule and become aware of the excitement already generating with DJ’s like Paul Van Dyk, Benny Benassi, Sander Van Doorn and more coming to Minneapolis. We love bringing the world’s top DJ’s but we also believe in supporting the local DJ community as well, so, we’ve preserved a couple opening DJ slots at Paul Van Dyk and Benny Benassi that will be given to the winner of our first DJ contest of 2010!

On Saturday, April 17th, SIM Saturday’s at The Lounge will be featuring a DJ contest in the cathedral room while Cities of Gold and Jack Trash warm up the main room. The winner of this contest will be given an opening slot at their choice of event, Benny Benassi or Paul Van Dyk. However, this will be a two part contest.

First, there will be an online vote to determine the lineup of DJ’s competing. Second, the top-voted DJ’s chosen will face off at The Lounge, each having 30 minutes to show off their skills. The crowd will be determining the winner!

To Enter:
-DJ’s are restricted to 18+. Event is restricted to 21+.
-Email your DJ/full name & phone # to Contest@SIMshows.com to be entered into the online vote by the end of Sunday, April 4th.

*The online vote will begin Monday, April 5th and end Sunday, April 11th on www.SIMshows.com

*The DJ lineup will be announced Monday, April 12th with the contest happening Saturday, April 17th.

*Any entry shown to be cheating, “Proxy Voting”, or anything related will be disqualified.
