EVENT INFORMATION

By purchasing a ticket to this event, you and all of your vehicle guests are agreeing to abide by all policies included here.  It is the ticket purchasers responsibility to make sure everyone in their vehicle understands all of these guidelines.

(PLEASE READ CAREFULLY, MOST OF YOUR QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED HERE)

NOTE: Everything subject to changing government / CDC guidelines.

Tickets are non-refundable, with the exception of the event being completely cancelled.  In the event of a cancellation you will receive a full refund for the ticket purchase price.

Ticketing:

A single car pass ticket includes entry for up to 4 people per vehicle. There must be a legal seat and seatbelt for every passenger inside the car. Based on the number of legal & available seats/seat belts beyond the 4 included tickets, additional tickets can be purchased for AMOUNT LISTED per person. If you choose to bring less than 4 people the starting base price will remain the same and will not be discounted.  If you do decide at the last minute there is an extra person in your party, we will have customer service attendants at the main entrance to assist with passenger add-on tickets.  You are required to arrive with your entire party in one vehicle.  No overflow parking is available.  We strongly encourage purchsing to be taken care of in advance using the ticketing at SIMshows.com.  There is no minimum passenger requirement for entry.  Keep in mind your whole ticketed / vehicle party needs to fit easily in the dedicated 10 x 18 space provided, and everyone is expected to follow those perimeter guidelines.  Please have your scannable QR codes for all tickets ready to go upon arrival at the box office.  This will help facilitate efficient entry for all customers. The MAXIMUM number of people per site, with or without a car, is seven (7).

Car parking details:

You will have an assigned parking space upon arrival to the venue.  These spots are assigned first come, first served.  All vehicles must be turned off during the scheduled show times, for the safety of all.  You may get out of your car to enjoy the event,  but you must stay within the confines of your space allocated to your vehicle. You may lay in the bed of your truck or in the back of a van, you can stand next to your car, but MUST stay in your designated square of space with your party. If you are outside of the vehicle you must wear your mask at all times, even within your designated space.  Exceptions to staying in this space include using the bathrooms, grabbing concessions, or things similar in nature.  Feel free to bring chairs, dazzle up your space to make it yours, etc… this will be your party zone.  Flow toys are allowed as long as they stay within the borders of your dedicated parking space and are used safely, not bothering or endangering anyone in (or out of) your party.

No vehicle entry:

If camping on site, you may walk over from the camping area and enter without a vehicle.  You still MUST have a vehicle pass, as this covers your pod spot.  The maximum number of people per pod is still seven (7).

Pre-party and afterparty:

We are hosting pre-party djs on a side stage from 5pm-7pm, with vendors and other activations for you to check out and enjoy.  An afterparty will run at this same spot from 11:25pm-2:00am.  All vehicles need to be out of the drive-in site by 1:00am.

What ticket types are available?

We tried to make this as simple as possible for you. The front rows in front of the stage will be sold as premium viewing.

In addition to premium viewing, spaces will be sold in the following sections – Section A, and C, with section C being the furthest back..

Each section will be parked as first come, first serve basis with our parking attendants, so we encourage everyone to plan on arriving early. Parking spots will be clearly marked.

Age restriction:

The event is 18+ with a valid ID.  All ID’s will be checked upon arrival, not just the driver.

Re-entry:

There is no re-entry.

Sound system:

We will have a full PA system in place for these shows so plan on rolling down your windows to enjoy the show.  Masks are required whenever you are outside of your personal vehicle. No exceptions.

Event times:

Gates open for the event at 5:00pm and music starts shortly thereafter.  The main stage and headliner will end promptly by 11:30pm.  We encourage everyone to arrive early and allow enough time to get situated in your spot before the show begins.  Vehicles will be parked in order or arrival.  Anyone arriving after 9pm will be parked on the end of your purchased section, not able to select a spot.

Safety protocols:

If you need to leave your car, masks are required.  We will have a zero tolerance policy on this, and anyone not following this rule will be asked to put on a mask or leave the venue.

Your entire party is required and expected to responsibly stay in your dedicated space for your car and party, unless visiting an approved area where distancing must and will be enforced (bathrooms, concessions, etc…).  Please do not wander.  These are different times, and in order to provide a safe environment we expect you follow these guidelines.

All of our working staff will submit to a temperature check upon arrival, a pre-shift health screening, will be required to wear masks. All working staff will be provided and required to wear PPE, including masks.  Disposal masks will also be available upon request if needed to guests.

If you are not on board with our safety and event protocols, we do not think attending this event is the appropriate choice for you.
